Yeah... not really funny, I actually think he's doing himself more of a disservice than anything else.
I'd argue the same line this thread has argued so far and I think calling people that go to a parody show fundamentalists is just playing into the haters' hands.
I don't know why people feel the need to go to these so-called "churches" even if it's only run by comedians, I can understand the social needs, but going to such a place every week? I know they say we're creatures of habit, but isn't this like some weird crossover between Münchausen syndrome & Stockholm syndrome where you feel theres something wrong with you if you don't congregate as a nagging habit left over after years of brainwashing
