In order to understand perpetual motion you need to realize that everything is controlled by a gaggle made up of one-eyed grannies with help from Disney Studios.

The conspiracy first started during the Night of the Long Knives in Planet Hollywood. They have been responsible for many events throughout history, including The Tunguska Event.

Today, members of the conspiracy are everywhere. They can be identified by their saying "heh?" after every sentence.

They want to paint a smiley face on James Randi and imprison resisters in Parys, Free State, using steamrollers.
