Sentinel, have you considered the possibility of an added penalty for using unjustified and haughty derision as an argument?
Maybe something like roping the offender to a cactus.

We have to be very careful here, if any of the alleged offenders actually provide evidence in support of their claims, I might find
myself roped to a cactus. In my defence, I might add that I doubt whether I have ever ridiculed anyone for their beliefs... well, uhm... not without justification, at least!

Considering the propability of the said evidence actually being produced, the motion to rope the offender to a cactus is seconded.
Any proposals for our first offender?
