Check out The Neo-Socratics, especially if you're in the PE area.

There used to be a thing called ARIP (Association for the Rational Inquiry into the Paranormal) based in Kensington (east of JHB), I think.  As far as I know, they have been defunct for the past several years – I tried to contact them (all I had was a landline telephone number and a postal address) but without any success: the 'phone number was, according to Telkom, non-existent, and the letters I sent went unanswered.

I'm not aware of any other rationalist organisations in the Gauteng region.
