On Carte Blanche on Sunday was an article about a Swiss motorcycle rider that was involved in an accident and the RAF (road accident fund) is paying out billions of Rand. We are paying the tax. How come a foreigner (who contributed almost nothing)get such a huge payout? Good lawyer or are we just generous?
