Sci-fi guru Arthur C. Clarke dies in Sri Lanka aged 90.
I'm truly sad to hear this. He was in many ways a role model for me and I'm sure he reached a lot of people with his writing.

Me too! Very sad. Read the following quote in the article on Richard Dawkins website.
