I can't say that I care much either.  Since cemeteries take up so much space and need to be maintained, burial is probably the most selfish choice.

Don't forget all those Krebs cycles inserted inbetween your rotting corpse and those growing plants - emissions either way! Tongue

I wouldn't do the "put me on a table naked in a class full of 18-23 year old's" thang. I dunno, THAT creeps me out,

Couldnt be bothered, I'd be DEAD anyway, its not as if I'd be in attendance in any shape or form....

If I will be in attendance I'll be peering over their shoulders intrigued with what they find.

I tried to donate my body to the natural history museum, but they weren't buying it.

I was tempted to point the forum to your quest, st0nes, but decided it's your display.  Excellent humour.

I've always wanted to be put in the ground (after they've taken my organs) without a coffin - just a sheet or something - but as far as I know this is probably not legally possible. I do want to register as a whole body donor, though - does anybody know if one can be both an organ donor and donate the rest to a uni?

In the end, though, I have to agree that it doesn't really matter since I'll be dead either way.
