Here is a novelty that may take off for reading non technical texts. http://www.spritzinc.com/#
It works by optimally positioning a word for instant recognition. It also requires only a tiny bit of screen surface.

Sorry, but I have no idea Tweefo. I don't think it is downloadable as a free standing "reader-type" application. It looks as if the functionality is supposed to be built into web pages during their development.
